Read moreIn 2021, House Bill 1405, ‘carrying’ the PT Compact language, passed both the House and the Senate during the final few days of the 2021 legislative session. This statute went into law on January 1, 2022. From this point, the work between the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) and the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) began.
