Updated PT Rules – An Opportunity for Comments/Feedback

The Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (PLA) recently posted updated Indiana PT Rules and will hold a public hearing on February 8, 2023 to gather public comment before the rules are adopted. The APTA Indiana State Legislative Committee would like to gather comments/feedback from APTA Indiana membership on the updated PT Rules.
If you are interested in reviewing the PT Rules that will be considered, and likely adopted by the Indiana PT Board after the Feb. 8 public hearing, please click HERE. If you have feedback on the PT Rules update, please click HERE to comment. It is important to understand that feedback provided by a member does not imply that APTA Indiana will be able to seek changes to the published draft PT Rules at the hearing. However, we will bring feedback to the PT Board, as appropriate, and will contact you individually if we have questions for follow-up.
On behalf of the APTA Indiana State Legislative Committee, thank you for your commitment to engagement in the legislative process.
