Jeremy Houser, is the APTA Indiana Director of Diversity and Belonging. He consults and leads workshops on DEI topics related to equitability within physical therapy education. He is an Associate Professor at Indiana State University (ISU) where he serves as the Director of Admissions, Student Success, and Diversity for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He also serves as a part-time consultant for Lincoln Memorial University where his primary responsibility is faculty development and student success.

Jeremy Houser graduated in 2006 with a degree in Exercise Science and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009. He completed his PhD in Adult Education in 2020. He is the 2018 recipient of the APTA Minority Faculty Development Scholarship Award. He is an ISU College of Health and Human Services 2019 recipient of the Outstanding Faculty Teaching Award. In 2021 and served as an inaugural Centennial Scholar for the APTA senior leadership team under the direct leadership of Carmen Elliott, Executive Director (ED) of the PT Fund and Vice President of DEI for the American Physical Therapy Association.
